Colourblind people now have the chance to see more colours thanks to a recent invention

The Cambridge dictionary defines ‘colourblind’ as a person who has trouble differentiating certain colours1. Some people find it very hard, or almost impossible, to distinguish between certain combinations or shades of colours, such as blue and green, red and orange, brown and grey, etc. Imagine not being able to know what a summer sunset really looks like!

Look at the following images and try to see which number is written inside of the circles.

If you can, more or less clearly, distinguish the numbers 8, 5 and 42, congratulations, you are not colourblind. If you are struggling to see the difference between them, we have good news for you.

A new pair of glasses has recently been invented in order to help with the struggles that many suffer on a daily basis.

There are many people who have already tried them and their reactions are exceptionally good, which means that the product is working. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube are inundated with videos showing people’s reactions when using the glasses, so we suggest you take a look.

It is worth mentioning that the glasses do not cure the condition, but instead provide a long-term solution for the colourblind to have a normal life

We want to encourage you to talk to your doctor if you think you might have such a condition as this product might genuinely give you a new perspective on life.
